"If you ever feel like you are not fully in your body, you feel a bit ‘floaty’, or you are less able to manage the practicalities of your life than usual, you may need to activate your base chakra by grounding yourself. Some quick easy ways to ground yourself are:
- walk barefoot on the grass or earth, keeping your awareness in your feet.
- visualize that you have roots growing from your feet, and like a tree, you are planted to the earth.
